MEET THE FOUNDER

Ryan Diebner

Ryan Diebner brings experience across private equity, strategic finance, and consulting with a focus on high-growth software and tech-enabled businesses. He began his career at Oliver Wyman before joining Tritium Partners, a private equity firm investing in software, marketplaces, and tech-enabled services. There, he partnered with executives to scale companies to nine-figure ARR and led initiatives across M&A, budgeting, forecasting, and go-to-market strategy.

Ryan has since advised both bootstrapped and investor-backed companies on building the financial infrastructure required to grow with clarity and confidence. A Forty Acres Scholar, he earned his Business Honors and Mathematics degrees from the University of Texas and received his MBA from the Wharton School.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys the outdoors, golf, tennis, strategy games, Dallas sports, and time with his fiancée and family.
